Zoo - 23. 08. 2008

Last weekend of August I was in the Zoo. I know it sounds very funny, I am almost 23 years old, what I can do in a Zoo, but in Karlsruhe there is a garden with interesting plants and flowers...
It is a perfect place to read a good book or make pick-nick or just relax after a hard week days...
I was there with Alev and Batu (He is a Turkish guy, but he studies here more than 7 years, he started here the AIESEC, two years ago he was the LC VP FIN...;))

Alev and I were very childish, we ran and told: "look at that or that or that...amazing.. wow!!!"
I don't know why this weekend felt myself again child...

Middle age's festival - 23. 10. 2008

We were alone that weekend with Alev. The EB planned the next half year, the others studied...
We walked around the town, because the sun shined, we were talking about what we can do then I saw a board with "Mittelalter fest" I told to Alev: "come on, lets follow the board"...
That time there was in the castle park a festival where you could see how lived in the middle age or what kind of jobs there were...ect.
We decided after shopping we turn here back...

The afternoon was rainy but we spend 2 and the half hours on the festival...:D
I saw old German Market comedy... Urfaust, Mephisto

We had an opportunity to dance but we didn't feel enough strengh in our legs...:P

But I made a video about that...

Internet after two and a half months...

Hi everybody,
I was again in the quit but you know if you haven't got so much opportunity to use the internet, you can lose your fun to follow up your blog...
It happened with me, too...
Now I feel again motivation to write...
I wrote about we have every Monday a cultural shock...;)

Lets go to start telling...

American dinner

22nd of Sept

Mark was the luckly, he had to cook something from USA.
He decided to make american pancake... He needed some help so he did the dough and I fried the dough...
It lookes like very similar as the Hungarian pancake but ours is tinner...
We were very hungry, so Mark had to make more dough, but he wasn't satisfied with it...
but com' on we didn't leave anything:D!!!
We ate the pancake with maple sirup, it is a very sweety sirup from tree maple.
But if you don't believe me look at the pictures...

Next two weeks we haven't got cultural dinner Monday because hanli makes a trip to Greece and Italy and we would like to wait her. So the next time will be on 13th of October and we started again with the Turkish kitchen...:D I wait forward to eating again Alev's dishes...;)
(But I eat Turkish from Alev every week...:P)

Hungarian and German dinner

8th and 15th of September

On 8th of Sept there was the Hungarian Monday. There were Alev, Hanli, Sabrina, Mark and me. I invited our flatemate, Régis but he had a very bad head ache, so he couldn' be there, but he promised, next time he comes, too...

We were very hungry so we couldn't wait to take a photo about the food...;)

I cooked gulash soup and backed cheese cookies (sajtos pogácsa...:P). I cooked for a whole armee, I ate the soup in the next few days, too. The cookies were eaten by us... The other told me that it was very delicious but I couldn't agree with them because I didn't know how can use the oven with electricity instead of gas...:( Next time will be better...

On 15th of Sept we (Alev, Hanli and me) went directly to Sabrina after work and we forgot the camera, so I don't have picture about the Käsespezle, which is a delicious German pasta food.
You make a dough from flour, eggs and salt then you use a special machine (Spezledrucker...:P) and the dough looks like as small snakes. You cook the pasta first, then you take it in a back-form on the top cheese and again pasta, cheese and final top cheese and onion. This form you put into the oven and back about 10-15 minutes...
It was really delicious, and we didn't leave anythings...

Thanks Sabrina, it was a unforgotting dinner and evening...

Chinese dinner

31th of August

Hanli lives a little bit far, so the Monday is not a best day for her to cook, so we agreed that she cook on Sunday. Unfortunatly Sabrina and Mark couldn't be there, so it was a really trainee dinner...;)

She cook a chicken soup with black mushroom. She used just water and a little salt, but the soup had a very good tast. The secret is you have to cook the chicken and the mushroom as much as possible. For example two days later the soup tasted better than on the dinner day!

Then she cooked glas pasta with carrot and paprika and some vegetables as salat, she used the same vegetables as Alev, but she started with a different plants, so the tast was very different! It is interesting, or not?

Look the picutres...

Cooking mondays-Turkish dinner

After Heidelberg, about 18th or 19th of August
Alev, Hanli and me decided that we will cook every Monday something from our country and our buddies (Sabrina and Mark) joined us.

Alev started with the Turkish food, the the date 25th of August.
It was very easy, but delicious, "bröék" with potatoes, this a Turkish bred, and rise with carrots and of course salat. It is very interesting because in Germany the salat, the vegetables are always raw, but in Turkey they like better to cook them. I don't like so much the cooked vegetables but Alev's salat was amazing...hmm, but look the picures...

My company produce clips on the internet, you can check here: www.yaoti.com
Normally I prepare the enterance to the Hungarian market, I translate the materials from German at Hungarian.
Nowadays I help to the producing, I learnt how can use the flash maker, keying programm...
It is very interesting, because I never thought that Ihave opportunity to learn about this area...

Sometimes I have a huge homesick, because of I can't use my own language... (Before the internship I never thought that I will have homesick...;))
So I wait your letter on my mail account in Hungarian, too.

Back to Heidelberg

18.08.2008

You know, I was in Heidelberg on 9th of August.

It was a great time, I made more than 150 photos...
This was the first time that I didn't forget take photos...:P

Just look at the pics...

Our flat

18.08.2008
FOR KLÁRI...:D
Back of our house there is the fire station. Every time if it is an alarm, we heard the emergency announcement. Do you think that the fireman don't run so quicky as in the films? They just walk so comfortable to the cars...

The kitchen, living room and bathroom

18.08. 2008

Last weekend we cleaned the whole flat we spent whole weekend about that and we made some rules e.g. DON'T ENTERANCE INTO THE ROOMS WITH SHOES...:P

Fortunatly our flat is so hell every time the sun shines into the rooms...

Some pictures about the common rooms...

Ye, I know that it is funny that I took a pic about the bathroom, but come on I am in a foreign country and I would like to inform you...:D

I like our flat it is so cute, but unfortunatly it is on the fourth floor, you think when we go home after a great party... Usually it is just 5 minutes, but after the party....;)

My room

18.08.2008

I lived in a flat with two other trainees, with Alev and Régis.
Alev is my colleague, too. We have four rooms, I made some pics about the flat. This is my room...
I never had own room and I dreamed a lot about it and now when I got it I would like to live with my sister, because this room is so big for me...

With my colleagues in Heidelberg

09. 08. 2008
Last Saturday I was in Heidelberg. I travelled with my colleagues. On the right there is Hanli, the trainee from China, on the left is Alev from Turkey. I live with Alev in the same flat.
Early morning was raining, but after 9 o'clock the weather got better and the whole day the sun was shining....

Karlsruhe

01. 08. 2008

On 1th of August I and my family travelled to in Karlsruhe for a sightseeing.
This is the castle.

Jöhlingen

31. 07. - 05. 08. 2008

The first 6 days I lived the by Mark, because the flat wasn't ready, but I spent good time in Jöhlingen, too...;)

Arriving

02. 08. 2008

I greet you from Karlsruhe from Germany.
I spent my first three days here and I would like to tell you how I feel now...

I travelled by car, my father decided it is better that he takes me to Karlsruhe and it was needed because after finishing my packing I had/have 9 luggages...:S

(BUT if you travel alone not bring with you everything what you need, you could buy there...)

My family (came with my father and me my mother and sister, too) left me today in Karlsruhe. At first I think it is good that my father takes me, but now I feel worse than I would have travelled alone here...

My journey was 12 hours, so the first day I stay in Jöhilngen, because I couldn't move into the trainee flat. It was at first so stressful, but yesterday I looked the flat I could say it will be so cool and it is variable to wait for it...:D

Yesterday I had a sightseeing you know who was there that Karlsruhe is a cute city, we walked around the city center, we spent there more than 7 hours and if it was not enough...:P
On evening I met my flatmate, Alev from Turkey, Regis from Brasil and one of the other trainees who works by 'my' company.
I never felt so comfortable than yesterday we could speak with each other (with somebody in English but somethings in German...:D)

So I think now it is enough at first, I don't have blog, yet, but if I have I send the address.
Untill that I write in the LC list, I hope it will be not a problem...

I wish you a very express and resulable summer.

I will go working, pls think about me...;)
